Abstract

In recent years, sustainable investing has gained prominence as investors seek to align their portfolios with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. This research paper explores how data-driven strategies, powered by artificial intelligence (AI), can enhance ESG performance measurement. We investigate various AI methodologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics, to assess their efficacy in evaluating ESG metrics and improving sustainable investment decisions. By analyzing case studies and industry practices, we provide insights into how AI can address challenges in ESG performance assessment and offer recommendations for integrating AI into sustainable investing frameworks.
