Abstract

In the digital age, Intellectual Property (IP) serves as a key asset driving innovation, economic growth, and competitive advantage. However, the increasing reliance on digital technologies and global networks exposes IP to significant risks, including cyberattacks, digital piracy, and trade secret theft. This paper explores the challenges of IP protection in the digital era, focusing on emerging cyber threats, legal limitations, and cross-border enforcement issues. It provides an in-depth analysis of cybersecurity measures such as encryption, access control, blockchain, and artificial intelligence for safeguarding IP.
